Term of concession contract for extraction of mineral resources – building materials – andesites, from Zmiyarnika field – 25 years

Zmiyarnika field is located about 1 km south of Garvanovo village. Mineral resources – andesites, Comply with the requirements of BDS for crushed stone for road surfaces and concrete. The terrain of the deposits, a natural hill with a slope to the east and southeast, promotes exploitation in an open way, at levels from the top down at the height of the working step water column height (head) = 8.0 m. Immediately east of the deposits there is an asphalt road, used for the transportation of the extracted raw material. Mining works are conducted using a classical design scheme with successive mining of deposits from top to bottom along the entire thickness of the mineral resource.

The estimated annual production capacity of Zmiyarnika field for extraction and production of materials is 50 000 tpa.
